To open Nextworld Help, select the Help icon in the main menu bar. Nextworld Help always opens in a new browser window.
Nextworld Help navigation buttons
The table below describes the different buttons in Nextworld Help:
| Get Shareable Link | Generate a shareable URL that links directly to the topic. |
| Print to PDF | Print your topic. Select the action button expansion arrow to access additional print options. |
| PDF Library | View your generated PDFs. Select the Attachment |
| Refresh | Refresh the current topic. Select the expansion arrow for the Reset Help Viewer option to remove any previous settings on the displayed topic. |
| Settings | Open a settings menu to change the font size in Nextworld Help, adjust your search settings, and more. |
| Help Viewer | Switch between Nextworld Help documentation and release notes. |
| Close | Close Nextworld Help and navigate to your home page. |
Search for topics and release notes
To view available topics you can expand levels in the Nextworld Help navigation tree, or use the search field to type in keywords related to the topic you need. Since topics can be reused in one or more areas of the navigation tree, your topic may appear multiple times in the search results. After your search results have loaded, you can:
- View a topic—Select a result in the search results panel to see more of the topic.
- Exit your search—Select the Clear
icon in the search field.
- If you have already selected a topic, clearing the search field shows you the position of your topic within the navigation tree. This allows you to see related topics in the hierarchy.
- If you haven't selected a topic before you clear the search field, the navigation tree returns to its default hierarchy.
You can also filter down the topics seen in the tree and in your search results with the Filter menu.
Release notes have additional filter options, such as Note Category and Target Version. Use the Action Required and Training Recommended checkboxes to filter for release notes that require your attention.
How to download and print topics in Nextworld Help
Use the HelpPDF Library application to download and print Nextworld Help topics.
To create a PDF of a Nextworld Help topic, navigate to the topic then select the Print to PDF button in the action menu.
There are several ways to access your PDFs once they are generated, including:
- Success Notification—Notifies you when the PDF is generated. Select the Link button on the notification to open the Help PDF Library application.
- PDF Library button in Nextworld Help—Opens the application as a mini app over Nextworld Help.
- Help PDF Library application in the Navigation Menu—Opens the application in the list form.
Once you've opened the Help PDF Library application, you can filter for generated PDFs, then select the record or the Attachments icon to preview, download, or print the file.
