Artificial Intelligence Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

The Artificial Intelligence Acceptable Use Policy (Policy) applies to Customers and Partners (“Clients”) that use artificial intelligence services, products, applications, or functionality offered by Nextworld, LLC or its affiliates (“Nextworld”), and any third-party product, application or functionality which interoperates with artificial intelligence services offered by Nextworld (“AI Services”).

A violation of this Policy will constitute a material breach of Customer or Partner’s master agreement with Nextworld. In addition to other remedies available to Nextworld in the master agreement and at law, Nextworld may suspend access to, or terminate, the AI services in the event these terms are violated.

Policy

Clients and their users may not use AI Services:

  • For manipulation and deception to distort human behavior or decision-making ability.
  • To exploit an individual’s vulnerabilities due to age, disability, or social or economic situation.
  • To harass, harm, or discriminate against individuals or specific groups.
  • To violate the privacy rights of others.
  • To impersonate a person’s voice or likeness without their consent.
  • To circumvent controls and functionality that violate terms of Client agreement or Nextworld policies.
  • For automated decision-making process with legal effects, unless Client makes sure a human being makes the final decision.
  • For producing content that violates copyright laws or another's intellectual property rights.
  • To use biometric data to categorize individuals or groups based on race, political opinion, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, or sexual orientation.
  • To create or expand facial recognition data through the untargeted scraping of facial images from the internet or CCTV footage.
  • For inferring the emotions of individuals in workplaces and educational institutions based on biometric data, except for medical or safety reasons.
  • To mine cryptocurrency.
  • For any other fraudulent activities or acts of moral turpitude.
  • Use the AI services provided by Nextworld to train or improve other AI services or AI models unless expressly authorized by Nextworld.

Responsible AI Use

If Clients use AI Services to make decision involving people, they must evaluate the potential risks of their use case and ensure they have appropriate human oversight and control to mitigate the risk.

Clients and their end users are responsible for all decisions made and actions taken or not taken based on their use of AI Services. Client understands AI to be an emerging technology and results may be mistaken, biased, or otherwise incorrect and that Nextworld does not warrant any of its outputs or results. Notwithstanding any other terms of the master agreement, Nextworld is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or the results obtained from the use of AI Services. AI Services outputs should be evaluated for accuracy and appropriateness for the Clients use case.

Nextworld may change this Policy by posting an updated version of the Policy to this web address. The updates will be effective upon posting.

If for any legal reason Nextworld or Client prevents the legal or commercially reasonable use of AI Services then Nextworld may suspend or terminate said AI Services. AI Services may include third party technology or functionality. If said third party discontinues or stops supporting the required technology or functionality Nextworld may suspend or terminate the AI Services.

Termination or suspension rights under this Policy shall not constitute a breach of the Agreement.
